Blanco is new unaged tequila taken straight from the alambic still. Made entirely from carefully selected agaves, many purists and tequila afficianados claim that Blanco Tequila is the best of them all. Certainly there is no barrel ageing to soften or disguise the rich, powerful agave flavor.
